Kathryn, was nominated JMA Josie Music Award 2017 Country/Gospel Female Artist of the Year, and Song-writer of the Year, song “Rise and Shine“; Folk, Songwriter of the Year for her song “Perfect Day“ with Nathan Drew!

Kathryn, March 2017, Won!, NACMAI 2017 North American Country Music Award Int. in Pigeon Forge, TN Rising star Entertainer of the Year and Songwriter of the Year!

Kathryn is an Award Winning Singer-Songwriter in Nashville, performing and recording 2 new albums, “Music Highway” and Joy!, to be released in 2018! Kathryn has been featured on the “Country Blast Radio Show“, “Olde Tyme Country” Music Radio Show with Steve Quick, and “NBR Nashville Broadcasting Network Show“, Video Jukebox. Kathryn is currently recording with Mike Davis at “House of David” on Music Row, Nashville, and with David Sirmin, Big Country Woodshed. and Terry Weeks. Kathryn has been a member of TSAI ,Tennessee Song Writers Assoc., and Nashville Community Choir.

Just…, Every waking moment, Kathryn has a song in her heart! Originally from Georgia, Kathryn’s Music Highway, journey, and love for music began as early as she can remember as child. Kathryn’s music fun, and training began in Wiesbaden, Germany with piano, at the age of eight. and age 12, singing in choirs, continuing on and as a teen, she taught herself guitar, and autoharp, and started singing solos. My first solo was “O Holy Night“, in High School, and I played the autoharp and sang “Snowbird“, by Ann Murray.

In college, Kathryn took more piano and voice lessons,, which helped her gain skill and more confidence in expressing and finding her voice. Kathryn received her BA in Communications from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah with a minor in Music and Theatre, and PR .

Kathryn was married, in Atlanta, Ga. and raised her three children, blessings from heaven, Albert, Stephen, and Kayla before pursuing her music career full time!

Kathryn “After a very difficult period of life, came an incredible, life changing experience, where I totally gave my heart to God!

I was given the gift to write my own songs, and started writing and recording, which has been amazing!

Kathryn continued her training in Atlanta with Keith Phillips, Concert Pianist, Musikgarten Piano, Teaching Certification. and Lessons in Your Home in Atlanta Georgia, where she taught, private Voice and Piano lessons.

In 2013 miracles happened, and Kathryn was able to move to Nashville to

continue to pursue her, Music Dreams on her Music Highway. .

Kathryn currently resides in Nashville, and is writing more songs, is an Artist, Poet, Author, writing her new book with stories of the Miracles and Precious Promises, Inspirational Stories behind the songs. She is also ,writing childrens books, and recording her new Album titled Music Highway .

Kathryn has won for 12 straight years awards including, Vocalist of the Year, Album of the Year ,titled “Rise and Shine” ,Entertainer of the Year, and Songwriter of the Year, Awards in Georgia, and Pigeon Forge, Tennesse with the GCGBA, Georgia Country Gospel BlueGrass Assoc., and the NACMAI , “North American Country Music Association Int.”

Kathryn was nominated for the 2016 and 2017,”Josies Show Awards” for independent Artists, for Country, Gospel, Female vocalist, Artist, Entertainer, Songwriter of the Year. Kathryn has written music for 20 years and loves to sing all styles.

Kathryn sends out love, and gratitude to all who show the “Love” and support for her music passion!
