Enigmatic visionary Ghostly Beard pens emotive prog-pop. From the vaults of his prismatic artistry he issues a clutch of Eps and albums. “Infinite” is the first official EP to come up for download and streaming on all music stores and services worldwide.

Ghostly Beard’s kaleidoscopic creativity has garnered him comparisons to such diverse artists as Steely Dan, Pink Floyd, James Taylor, Genesis, XTC, Cat Stevens, Weather Report, Michael Franks and Chicago. He crafts immersive dreamy sonic landscapes that emotionally blur the line between dark catharsis and subtle rays of hope. Now, he lets us into his universe with an eclectic clutch of thoughtfully sequenced EPs and albums.

Select highlights on this upcoming EP, include “Close Your Eyes,” “Frozen in Time,” and “No Return.” The five-track release opens with wistful folk on “Close Your Eyes” which soon morphs into a multi-textured, hauntingly beautiful epic brimming with longing and exquisite melodies, and a positively David Gilmour-esque teardrop guitar solo. The ethereal “Frozen in Time” is delicately majestic with airy vocals, subtle chops-y melodic flourishes, and space themed existential lyrics.

The detached ambient elegance of “No Return” offers listeners a chance to vibe out and set out on an inward journey. “Limitless” shows a softer side and blend of progressive rock that finds its influence in classic rock and jazz music alike. And the final “Winter Dance” is a cinematic instrumental which completes the EP with a burst of melodic and intricate gusto. To consume without moderation!

New album release coming on October 20th  LABEL – called (INVISIBLE)

Select highlights on this upcoming album, include “Upper Hand,” “A Reason to Leave,” “Blue,” and “Fool” for which official videos are going to be released.
The eleven-track album opens with the up tempo “Upper Hand”, a tasty blend of jazz and soft rock, complete with horns section, the second track “Set Me Free” is resolutely jazz-rock fusion with keys and guitar solos, “How Can I?” mellows into soft rock, when “A Reason to Leave” is catchy jazz oriented pop rock. The “Blue” ballad is a heartwarming fatherly love song, while “Lazy (from Time to Time)” jazzes it up. “The Odds of Our Lives” ventures into Bossa-Nova with a twist, while “I Dream of You” is a chill down tempo ballad, then followed by the lively jazz of “Along the Road”. The comedic “Fool” offers smile inducing self-deprecation, and the final “Someday” ends it all with an acoustic tone and soft harmonies. Taste it all while it’s fresh!
